This recipe comes compliments of my mom’s kitchen…because that is one of the places where good food comes from. Plus after making it this recipe is definitely a CollegeCookBookProject item. Two ingredients. Combine. Heat. Eat. What more could you ask for? How about just one dish to clean up? Two or three if you include the plates to eat off of.
2 to 3 pounds of beef chuck roast
1 bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing.
Place roast in crock pot.
Dump half to 3/4 of the salad dressing over it.
Cook on medium in crock pot for five hours.
It comes out super tender and you can eat it on buns or use the left overs with some eggs and make a nice hash for breakfast the next day.
