Frothy Orange Drink

This feels like a recipe for an Orange Julius. As I read it I crave caramel corn or a pretzel from the food stand next to OJ at the mall. I wonder what a dollop of ice cream or sherbet would do to this?   


* 1  6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

* 1  cup whole milk

* 1  teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

* 1/4 cup granulated sugar


Mix the orange juice concentrate with 1 cup water in a large measuring cup or bowl. (You can also use 2 cups orange juice instead of this mixture.)

Transfer the orange juice to a blender. Add the milk, vanilla, both sugars and 1 cup ice and blend until smooth and frothy. Divide among 4 chilled glasses.
