Meaty ChadLoaf

Another offering from Chad. This time with a recipe for meatloaf…hence the personalized name.


Simple. Tasty.

1/2 cup frozen chopped onions

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing or bread crumbs

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. chopped parsley (optional)

1 lb. ground beef

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 (6 oz) can tomato sauce (I just use ketchup)

1/4 tsp. oregano

In large bowl, beat eggs slightly, add milk and stuffing. Let stand 5 minutes (I don’t always). Add beef, parsley, salt, pepper, and onion. Mix with hands (fun!). Spray bread pan with Pam. Put in meat mixture. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Put on tomato sauce or ketchup and oregano. Bake 20 minutes more.
